Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-08

AllerTrack is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It does not tell you what dose to give, whether it is safe to give it today, or what a reaction means. Oral immunotherapy carries a real risk of severe allergic reaction, including anaphylaxis. Every decision about doses, timing and treatment belongs to you and your allergist. If a reaction is happening, follow your emergency plan and contact emergency services — do not open this app first.

1. What AllerTrack does

It records what you enter: doses given, reactions observed, the schedule your allergist gave you, and your own safety rules. It shows that record back to you, reminds you when nothing has been logged, and turns it into a report you can hand to your clinician. The “patterns” feature describes correlations in what you logged. A correlation is not a cause, and nothing it shows is a finding, a diagnosis or a recommendation.

2. Who may use it

You must be an adult and, if you enter information about a child, you must hold parental responsibility for that child or be authorised to provide their information. One account is for one family.

3. Accuracy is yours

The record is only as good as what you type. AllerTrack cannot verify that a dose was given, that an amount is correct, or that a schedule matches what your allergist actually prescribed. Check your entries before relying on a report, especially before an appointment.

4. Reminders are a convenience, not a safety net

Reminder emails depend on systems we do not fully control — email delivery, spam filters, scheduling. They can be delayed or fail to arrive. Never rely on AllerTrack as the only thing standing between you and a missed or double dose.

5. Plans and payment

The free plan is free, with the limits shown on the plans page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

If we ever raise prices, existing subscribers are told in advance and the change applies from their next renewal, never retroactively.

6. Your data

Your records are yours. You can export all of them at any time and delete them permanently at any time, from your account page. How we handle them is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep AllerTrack running, but it is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime. Maintenance, outages at our providers, or bugs can interrupt it. Keep a paper or offline note of anything you cannot afford to lose access to at short notice.

8. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information shown in AllerTrack, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and consumer rights you hold under the law of your country are unaffected.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account whenever you want; that ends this agreement. We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to harm the service, and we will explain why when we can.
